Each station has a custom URL that their player is hosted in and has no chance of any other station using your design. Our Players are fully compliant with the terms and conditions that Loud City requires for launching an audio stream as long as you link it from your pro page. WE are not responsible for making certain your player conforms with the terms and conditions of the provider you use in regards to royalty payments.
